Complaints

If you have concerns about your service;

Belair OOSH or Belair Vacation Care, please raise them directly with staff at Belair in the first instance.

The Nominated Supervisor/Service Coordinator – Tara Collins.

Kotara South OOSH, please raise them directly with staff at Kotara South in the first instance.

The Nominated Supervisor/Service Coordinator – Vicki Halsted.

If the Nominated Supervisor/Service Coordinator cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, please contact the Manager. You are able to make informal complaints to the Manager which will help to ensure the service is under constant improvement. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please note that all complaints must be in writing and indicate such.
